- About a week, from €1,995 ex VAT. I assess your AI pilots on ROI potential and production risk and say, per pilot: kill, scale or rebuild.
- Pilot-to-Production
- Four weeks maximum, fixed price. One workflow goes live, with governance built in and one of your engineers building alongside me and taking it over afterwards.
- Operating Layer
- A retainer with a goal and an end date, never open-ended. I oversee what runs in production, handle maintenance and document how your team runs the system, until it can do so on its own.
Who do I work with in the Rotterdam region?
Companies of 50 to 500 people where AI has started and is stuck at the demo, and whose revenue runs through a digital funnel: leads, campaigns, orders and customer data in a CRM or order system. Workflows there are repeatable and I can measure the first process results within days.
In practice that means e-commerce companies, marketing agencies and marketing SaaS, B2B and B2C. My own products come from the same corner: Signal Match turns a CV into a client-ready candidate profile, Marketingburos compares agencies and marktaanpak.nl maps the market of a Dutch SME, all three live. Energy is my second sector. If your business fits the funnel pattern but not this list, you probably fit anyway.
Rotterdam is also port, logistics and manufacturing. Other agencies know those industries better than I do. If you work there and choose me anyway, you hire me for the approach and bring the industry knowledge yourself.
Who you get
Me: Thijs Bongertman, twelve years in data and AI. At Free Now in Hamburg I was Head of Data and grew the marketing data team from three people to sixteen. In 2026 four systems I built myself went live, together with the teams that use them.
Because I work alone, I take on fewer engagements at once than an agency with capacity to fill, and I turn more of them down. If a job outgrows one person, I bring in one senior I have known for years; never a team of ten.

Do you work on site, in Rotterdam and beyond?
Yes. The Scan is largely remote, because the analysis work does not need me in your building. For working sessions with your team I come to you. Within Rijnmond I am there in half an hour, elsewhere in the Netherlands in a morning.

I do not make campaigns or content; I build the AI and software underneath the marketing work, around leads, campaign data and customer data in your CRM. How do you choose the right AI agency in Rotterdam?
With the same questions as anywhere, plus one local one: will the agency come over for working sessions with the people who do the work?
